What makes this practice unique is the balance between compassionate support and honest conversation.
You will be met with genuine care and understanding, while also being encouraged to explore the patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back. Therapy is a collaborative process where you are supported in developing insight, strengthening self- understanding, and moving towards meaningful change.Â

Our goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, while also gaining the tools and perspective needed to move forward in a way that aligns with your values.Â
We utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster deep healing and lasting change. Our practice integrates Somatic-based therapy to help you rediscover a sense of physical and emotional safety within your body. By incorporating Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) strategies, we work together to challenge distressing thought patterns while building tangible coping skills. We also emphasize Emotion-Focused therapy to process underlying feelings and use specialized Nervous System Regulation tools to help you manage triggers. Our training ensure every session is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and tailored specifically to the unique nuances of eating disorder and body image recovery.
